I am Nitha Sashi, a certified Psychotherapist and Transpersonal Psychologist. I help adolescents, youth, and adults navigate through life’s challenges and heal from anxiety, stress, depressive symptoms, trauma, energy disruptions, and existential crises in the mind-body-spirit.
I approach every individual with a holistic perspective and treat them by integrating techniques of hypnotherapy, CBT, EFT, guided visualization, meditation, and breathwork. My objective with my clients is to facilitate self-healing, and self-actualization of one’s own potential and creativity for a lifelong process of self-awareness and personal growth.

How will therapy help me?
Therapy is a collaborative holistic healing journey, and it is a choice you make to heal yourself. It
will help you navigate and identify the underlying causes for your mental distress, emotional
overwhelm, and physical wear out, while healing them through different techniques and tools.
All sessions are safely confidential and non-judgmental as per ethical guidelines, to work through
your concerns such as anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and others. A clear process for the
sessions is followed:
- Initial intake to know about you, and set therapy goals
- Information about the process, and the therapist’s role
- Duration of the session last for about 60 minutes, once or twice a week
- Regular reviews to track your progress and adjust plans
- Post-sessions evaluation and follow-ups
Yes. Therapy is available in online form for clients within and outside of India, with
accommodative time zones, and complying to all ethical standards of virtual mental health care.
How do I book and pay for sessions?
All services are booked through the TealFeed Booking Page, where you can directly select your
slot and make payment via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and other online modes.
After booking, you'll receive WhatsApp and email confirmations + reminders automatically.
What is the rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled only with prior notice and therapist approval. Refunds are
considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the therapist’s discretion. Please
respect the time commitment and plan your appointments accordingly. A Policy document will be
provided for your attestation at the time of intake.
